Christina has been such an asset to our project. I could give a long list of reasons for this but one thing I find especially valuable is the research and initiative that she puts into problem-solving. All we have to say is “We need something that does x.” A short time later Christina will present us with several options, walk us through the pros and cons of each to help us choose, then provide technical assistance for using that option and integrating it into our existing systems. We have had to switch so much work from face-to-face to virtual during the pandemic. Christina’s support is a major reason we were able to do that successfully.
